Zucchini Pasta With Pepita Lime Sauce Made With Our Pepita Lime Dip & Spread

PROCEDURE:

  1. Mix 1 cup of the Pepita Lime Dip & Spread with Cashew Milk and warm up on low heat to integrate.
  2. If you have the Veggie Bullet or the Spiralizer, use it to make any type of noodles. There is no need to peel the zucchini. If you don’t have these types of equipment, then use a julienne peeler which will make a pappardelle-type pasta.
  3. Heat a large-size pan on medium heat. When hot, add olive oil and immediately add the zucchini noodles. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Serve each plate with a large portion of the zucchini noodles, add 1⁄4 cup of the Sauce on top and add a few pecans.
